I recently had a bad fall in December, and have been in the hospital over a month. After the surgery to put the rod into my femur, I had received nothing but the best service I could get from all members of the staff. From RNs and PCTs (both day shift and overnight), From Physical Therapy to Food and Nutrition, every last one of them fought for me, celebrated victories and pushed me to do more each time I saw them to recover my health. They have an excellent bedside manner and were nothing but friendly and answered any questions I had And I gotta give it up for the discharge planners fighting tooth and nail with my state Insurance to find me a rehab facility to help me start another step to getting me home. My personal thanks to every staff member I had the pleasure of interacting with. You all did a great job. Thank you all again. ~Michael.

Ive stayed at this hospital a few times in my life. Two of the times were spent overnight in the ICU post op section of the hospital. The family room rarely has people in it, which was nice for sleeping overnight. Wake up early if you are staying here and catch beautiful sunrises. You are probably there for a stressful and emotionally difficult reason, and these sunrises bring a little bit of beauty to the experience. This hospital has always been highly accommodating. Its probably the best hospital Ive ever come across.

Wonderful, from Dr. to nurses, , dietary, housekeeping, everyone is so friendly, helpful with our needs. My daughter is on floor 6D.. so grateful to be here and knowing she is in good care. This is out hospital. The drive is worth it. Thank you

This is a hospital that truly cares about the healing of their patients! Every one is super nice! Caring! Understanding! And when you're from out of town.. they really take care of you! I'm really impressed! The heart team there 👏👏👏❤️❤️ amazing thaaaaank youuuu!!! …

This is the best hospital I've ever visited. Its also the biggest hospital I've ever visited. The staff was pretty much flawless wich is more than a first for me. My experience with hospitals is normally dreadful. The full staff in my experience worked with tact, manners, and professionals, while still consisting a personable and nurturing family like presence. Special thank you to Ram whom identify spent the most time with, but A+ and round of applause for everyone i interacted with.

I went to the neurosurgery dept and they are so helpful and they really listen to what you have to say. They are a blessing and very good at going over all your options. I recommend this office for anyone in of need neurosurgery. 😁 …

To Level 5 TICU This hospital on the 5th floor the TICU saved my wife's life These are the most wonderful people that I have met I am so blessed to be able to say that my wife will be able to come home sometime soon Thanks to the wonderful staff here that saved her life This is no bullshit neither The nurses the doctors the cleaning crew the valet everyone has been so wonderful I cannot ever express enough of my gratitude for everything that they've done for my children and I From the bottom of my heart, "We Thank All of You" With all the stress factors involved given the situation I met so many people and forgot so many names and I am truly sorry for that I would love to acknowledge every single person by name if I could remember them Not because I don't care, but because I was so worried about my children my wife so many things going on in my mind when this horrible unforeseen circumstance I also want to take a moment and thank Pittsburgh EMS unit 10 and also the local fire department that came out for the initial call All of you were so wonderful I do have some bad things I'd like to say about St Clair hospital but I'll save that for when I do a review for them how they misdiagnosed my wife "UPMC Presbyterian level 5 TICU My children and I thank you ever so much"

I just want to say everyone i incountered at presby was very nice. It didnt matter who they were everyone went out of there way to treat u like u matter. Which was very nice. I would defently have surgery here again. My care team was awesome and everyone that took care of me was great! Thank u so much, your employees are great!

I have been dealing with epilepsy for many of years. I needed a frontal right lobe resection. Doctor Jorge Gonzalez Martinez was amazing. He always answered my questions. No matter how little or dumb they sounded. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed and at ease. Very easy to talk to and listens. If I ever need brain surgery again he would be my go to I know I would be in very good hands.

I had a great experience at this hospital on my way to the EMG lab. We stopped at the valet to ask for directions and they told us to go right in and they would take care of it and brought a wheelchair out for me. We started going the wrong way and a guard was very friendly and told us exactly how to get there. In the lab, the staff was so kind and explained everything. They kept me informed of what they were doing . Dr. Smith came in and he is just wa wonderful doctor. A janitor noticed we were turned around leaving and got us right where we needed to be. Can't recommend this hospital more based on this experience.
